With over twenty years of
experience, Tom has been able to combine and work within the three
fields of visual art that he has been passionate about his entire
life: Photography, Filmmaking, and Graphic Design. These three
elements create the key to Tom's approach when Directing or
Shooting Film, Video or Still Photography. As Director Of
Photography, Tom's credits include directing and shooting
Features, Documentaries and TV Commercials.
Now, after twenty years of
working in the business, Tom is offering classes, designed for
video professionals, in lighting for the cinematic look and
operating a camera as a professional Director of Photography.
These are intense workshops that teach fundamentals, as well as
advanced techniques for understanding how to shoot and light with
and for the latest camera formats. "Lighting for Video Film
Style" and “Shooting For Video Film Style” are designed
to give video professionals and students who want to learn, a
formula for producing warm, beautiful lighting along with well
composed and framed images that can make them more competitive in
their market.
